An over view of the Mt Auburn hillside from April 1949. The area between Sycamore and Short Auburn St. are still relativity free of trees similar to the 1870 photo. Also we can see the extend of housing along Sycamore St that was removed in the 1970's, and Pueblo St connected to Sycamore St but not the end of Walker St. Also showing are the many rear buildings on Alma /Davis St between Sycamore and Walker St. If our rear building on Alma is any indication, many of these were built facing Alma St.
